According to Ashish Hemrajani, Founder – BookMyShow, for the last 21 years, they have found joy in helping their customers step out and have a good time. “Right from the early, modest days of BookMyShow, when we hand-delivered movie tickets to your home to organising the U2 Joshua Tree concert last December. Making recommendations to help you decide what to do with your free time is what keeps us going. Success for us is not about the tickets we've sold, but how happy we've made you. Success is the joy we experience when we see fans walking through gates, making plans, high-fiving and fist-bumping at concerts and leaving with memories we've helped create.

Ashish Hemrajani continues, “We are thrilled when we see movie halls packed with popcorn-devouring viewers or when we see stadiums filled with cricket fans, waving the Indian flag. What you remember of a concert, what you choose to forget the next day, success for us are the stories we hear.
We never thought we'd be saying this, but success for us today is getting you to stay home! And socially distance yourself to help flatten the curve of the pandemic. These are challenging times for all of us and we hope you're staying indoors.
We want to return some of the love you have shown us over the years and for that reason we are giving you a spot of safe entertainment at home to tide over your days in quarantine. And so we're starting 'Live from HQ', a special series of shows curated by our friends at Big Bad Wolf Entertainment, from March 25 until April 1. It features live performances by musicians and comedians that you can stream. Watch singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad, folk-rock veterans Indian Ocean, comedian Vir Das, musician Karsh Kale, the music-comedic act 'Aisi Taisi Democracy' and others through BookMyShow. This series of live concerts and events is absolutely free.
We'd like to thank all the talent that has come together to keep you entertained, yet safe. So keep your spirits up and we can't wait to serve you again.
Stay safe and stay with us, Ashish Hemrjani concludes.
