Celebrities Throng To Chef Sanjay Kotian's Mia Cucina In Bandra!

After a successful stint of serving authentic Italian cuisine in Bandra for several years, Mia Cucina is ready, yet again, to open its doors to public. Brainchild of Chef Sanjay Kotian and Annu Basab Paul, Mia Cucina which literally means ‘My Kitchen’, is an Italian Bistro offering a casual dining experience with fine quality food and excellent service. “I’m very happy to bring a Mia Cucina back to Bandra. We had a loyal base in Bandra. We’re bigger, allowing us to give the customers a better casual dining experience. And as always, our focus is on quality food with fresh and homemade ingredients, paired with good service.” says owner and Chef Sanjay Kotian. "We wanted the place to have happy vibes along with great food says" Annu Paul Basab, who hosted a star studded grand launch party to celebrate the opening of Mia Cucina. Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ira Khan, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Roy, Abhijeet Bhattacharya graced the event and were seen enjoying the soiree. Located on Hill Road at C’est La Vie, this authentic Italian kitchen is a 75 seater and will open for lunch and dinner. The interiors are done by Ishita Arun, who has also designed Mia Cucina Powai. The interior design has evolved to give the customers a better casual dining experience. Extending the brands personality, one cannot fail to notice the image of a plane in motion, which is an integral part of our design. Moreover, the space has a natural feel to it with sunlight pouring in through the big windows and indoor plants.  The authentic kitchen which is head by creative chef Sanjay Kotian and head chef Nehal Karkera, promises to offer an interesting spread from salads to stone baked pizzas, homemade pastas etc.
