Chandni Soni is keen on exploring the mythological genre
Mythological shows have their separate fan base. While some watch it for the grandeur and larger than life image, some connect with its glory.
However, producer Chandni Soni, who recently co-produced web series Tandoor, feels that there is a lot left to be explored in this genre - Jyothi Venkatesh

She said, "Producing good content can be quite challenging. Especially because of COVID and the lockdown, our projects got delayed. Finding a good script which resonates with the audience is another challenge."
Asked how she ventured into production, she said, "I have always been a creative person since childhood.
I used to take part in various extra-curricular activities back then. Then, I went on to professionally learn Kathak.

After marriage, my husband, Neeraj Soni encouraged me to continue my creative journey which translated into becoming a producer and creating good content for the audience.
"Sharing her views on OTT platforms, the producer confessed that they have a bright future.
Chandni said, "OTT has opened the doors of umpteen opportunities. Especially during the lockdown, people discovered OTT in a big way.
As a producer, I think OTT gives me the opportunity to reach a wider audience and create content which is out of the box."
