New Update
On World Suicide Prevention Day, Charrul Malik emphasizes the need for us to make those around us feel comfortable. Suicide is a tragic problem that we must address.
One major reason for the rising suicide rates is increased loneliness. In the past, we primarily connected with family, but today, we rely on social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for communication. This shift has led to a lack of genuine human interaction, which is crucial for our well-being.

Communication is the key, and we need to open up more, even with our parents. Our busy lives and constant work pressure have isolated us. Those who consider suicide often feel trapped, facing personal, relationship, or professional difficulties. They need true friends, which can be hard to find these days.
We should create an environment where sharing our feelings is encouraged. There's no shame in admitting weakness or seeking help. Depression often precedes suicide, and societal pressures, such as comparing ourselves to others, contribute to this problem. We must learn to appreciate what we have and avoid extreme measures.
Trusting ourselves and focusing on inner happiness is crucial. Society can often be superficial, filled with pretense and fakeness. We must prioritize self-understanding and happiness. Communication remains essential.
Our surroundings play a vital role, and maintaining a positive routine, spending time with loved ones, and taking care of our mental health are all essential. Avoiding negativity, both in the environment and in people, is crucial for our well-being.
