There are a few other shows that are shown in a progressive light. Anupama is very close to reality unlike Nagin, which is fictitious. That is why Anupama is really close to my heart. It’s about a women’s journey and about women empowerment. It has caught people’s attention. A good story is a must, plus it has amazing actors,” she says.
