Bhojpuri film "Agnisakshi" makes Cannes Film Festival debuta

For the first time in the Market Section of the International Cannes Film Festival France, an Indian Bhojpuri film 'Agnisakshi' premiered on 16 May 2024 at the Place F screen in Nice City. On this occasion, Bhojpuri film hero Pradeep Pandey Chintu, film producer-director Rajkumar R. Pandey along with Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav, Hiramandi hero Taha Shah, IMPA President Abhay Sinha, IMPA Senior Vice President Sushma Shiromani, Vice President and Gujarati filmmaker Atul Patel, Hindi filmmaker Yusuf Sheikh, Gujarati film producer-director Harsukh Patel, Polish actress Natalia and many film producers were present.

Based on bold dramatic social and family issues, this film stars Pradeep Pandey "Chintu", Akshara Singh, Tanu Sri, Raj Singh Rajput, Akash Yadav, Brijesh Tripathi, Vipin Singh, Glory Mahanata, Manoj Dwivedi, Lakhan Bhardwaj, M. Pandit, Uday Srivastava, Priya Pandey, K.K. Goswami, Shikila Majeed, Mantu Lal, Sumit Singh "Srinetra", Ajit Mandal, Om Saw, J Neelam, and Sanjay Pandey have played important roles.

The film's producer-director Rajkumar R. Pandey is also the lyricist and music composer of this film. The cameraman is Devendra Tiwari, the choreographers are Kanu Mukherjee and Manoj Gupta and the action director is Pradeep Khadka. The Bhojpuri society is happy with the premiere in Cannes.
