Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Seshadri’s film 'Hero' completes 40 years

‘Hero’ is a romantic action film directed and produced by Subhash Ghai. The story of the film was written by Mukta Ghai and the Script was written by Ram Kelkar. The film stars Jackie Shroff whom we call Jackie, and Meenakshi Sheshadri in the lead role. Apart from them Shammi Kapoor, Amrish Puri, Shakti Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, Madan Puri, and Bindu was also in the Film. The film was released on 16 December 1983 and was a hit. This film was the debut film for both the lead actors and they became stars after this film.

Not 'Hero' but it was named 'Sangeet' before

Today is a special for veteran actor Jackie Shroff as his film 'Hero' completes 40 years. This is special for another reason this was his first film so with the film it's also his 40 years in the industry.
