DEADPOOL 2 IS UP AND RUNNING!

He made his first appearance in the early 90's and held the notoriety among fans for almost two decades. Deadpool made its first mainstream appearance in 2009's X-Men Origins:Wolverine, leaving fans craving for more. Deadpool's comprehension was widely planned and packed and finally the character got a solo film in 2016 backed by a kick-ass performance by Ryan Reynolds, making it one of the most promising characters in Marvel's Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The mega success of the film ensured that Deadpool would have a sequel and the makers somehow are now trying to align it with MCU in order to set up a plot for Avengers: Infinity War. After Hunt for the Wilderpeople star, Julian Dennison, joined the production, Deadpool 2 has finally kick-started with a bang.

On Monday, Ryan Reynolds shared a photo of a slate from the first day on the sets. It wasn't so much of a divulgence, but the picture has garnered over 800k likes already.

In another photo that Ryan shared, he can be seen giving a piggy back ride to Julian Dennison who has just joined the cast.

Josh Brolin who plays Cable also shared a picture with the makeup team; concocting him for the appearance.

And if that's not enough, we've also heard that Jack Kesy will play an unknown villain while Shioli Kutsuna could play a potential mutant. As for the plot, after analyzing the characters of the upcoming anti-hero sequel, it's more likely to be based on 2004's super-hit series Cable & Deadpool. Deadpool 2 is slated to hit the theatres on June 1 next year.
