DESI GIRL IS BACK TO HUNT FOR THE LEADING MAN FOR GUSTAKHIYAN!

After setting the shores of Hollywood on fire, Bollywood's very own Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra, recently surprised her fans here in India by making a spontaneous trip back home. She announced her arrival in her usual sassy style in an Instagram post.

However, if reports are to be believed the trip might more than just a leisure trip and the actress has come to Mumbai to devote time to her next Bollywood outing, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gustakhiyan.

A report published in Mid-Day revealed the inside details on PC's visit. According to the report, "The film's leading man has to be finalised within this month. Though Bhansali is neck deep in work with Padmavati, he wants to start this film by mid-2018. The film's pre-production has to be completed latest by March next year. So working backwards, the lead cast has to be decided before the pre-production begins. PC will also chalk out the promotional strategy for her passionate project Pahuna, her Sikkimese production, which is slated for a world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next month".

Initially, actors like Irrfan Khan and Abhishek Bachchan had been considered to play the male lead in the period drama but SLB couldn't zero in on anyone. We sure it'll be much easier for the maverick director now, with all the support from his leading lady!
