DID YOU KNOW? PRIYANKA CHOPRA'S MET GALA HOODIE WAS HER IDEA

Like last year, PeeCe is again the talk of the town because of her attire at MET Gala. Priyanka Chopra is  a stunner. The actress holds her own stance no matter which event she attends. The Ralph Lauren Collection trench coat gown at the Met Gala 2017 received mixed response from her fans. And now once again at MET Gala 2018 many loved her ensemble, whereas on the other hand, some disliked it. The actress had teamed an ornate hoodie with a burgundy off-shoulder Ralph Lauren gown.

The highlight was our desi girl’s headgear, which, we hear, was made at her behest.

According to a leading daily, a source revealed, "Priyanka wanted an Indian element to accompany her dress. So, she thought of a hoodie with jewels and got her team to get it made by karigars back in India.”

“She loved the hoodie the moment she saw it. And even though she took a little time to finalise her outfit for the gala, she was clear that she would team it with the hoodie,” the source added.

Priyanka had decided the look 25 days in advance.

Several precious jewels, including rubies and sapphires, were used to make her headgear and it took over 250 hours to bead them.
