People are appreciating not only the narrative but also the performance essayed by Dilip. Dilip's story to tinsel town has been of grit and perseverance. Speaking on the occasion Dilip Arya said "OTT has indeed allowed room for a lot of fresh talent, as more and more stories are being created and shared. Our web series is inspired from the life of Shiv Kumar Patel, better known as Dadua. According to the Government records, he was a dacoit who operated in ravines between Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. However, the people of his area remember him as a revolutionary and Robinhood. A temple has been built in his memory in 2016 in Dhata town. The production team did a lot of research and we actually stayed in the ravines for a couple of months. To make it look more realistic, my actual mother also plays my mother on-screen." Dadua was shot in a police encounter in July 2007 along with several of his gang members. "Dadua's rise is attributed to his fair and transparent dealing and his nature of fulfilling commitments. Also he used to respect women a lot. No women and children were ever harmed or troubled by him or any of his gang members. His entry to mainstream politics is also a testimony to the fact. His helping of the poor people in the region is still being remembered by the masses. Even after many cases were registered against him, none of the Government agencies could even procure a photo of him" said Dilip as he signed off for the moment. #Dilip Arya #Beehad ke baghi Related Articles Advertisment Latest Stories Read the Next Article
