DILJIT’S TURBAN MAKES ME PROUD: ANGAD BEDI

All set for their upcoming film Soorma, Actors Diljit Dosanjh and Angad Bedi reached the sets of StarPlus’ game show ‘Sabse Smart Kaun?’ where they put their smartness to test with Host Ravi Dubey.

As the show proceeds, Angad Bedi talks about how his father Bishan Singh Bedi wanted him to become a cricketer like him. While he played for the Under-19 Delhi team, Angad didn’t get selected to play for the country. “My father told me, if I didn’t get selected in the main team I should look for an alternate career as there are a lot of young boys making it to the team at the age of 18-19 years and coming second was not an option,” said Angad.

While his father wanted him to become a cricketer Angad was more inclined towards the entertainment industry. Talking about it he says, “I was always inclined towards the industry and I am so happy to have got the opportunity to work with Mr. Amitabh Bachchan (Pink) and now Diljit (Soorma).”

He adds, “I am a Sikh myself and I pray to the same God as Diljit Paaji. I look upto him as he’s an inspiration to me and a million others in the country. I feel proud looking at his turban. I am a huge fan!”

Overwhelmed about this Diljit went and hugged Angad immediately leaving both of them emotional and speechless for a few minutes.

But the question here is, who is smarter, Diljit or Angad!?
