Director Kabir Khan All Praises For Look Designer Sanah Kewal! 

The Forgotten Army - Azaadi Ke Liye is an all-new show featuring Sunny Kaushal, Sharvari Wagh, and Rohit Choudhary in the pivotal roles. The show has received a thumbs up from the audiences and has garnered praises from critics as well.

Sanah Kewal says "My association with Kabir Khan films is been from two movies I did with him Bajrangi Bhaijaan,Tubelight. This is my third and a big one as I designed the whole makeup and hit for the series . We worked more than 120 days on these three countries and amazing experience with the team. Sunny Kaushal and Sharwari Wagh so on I loved working on each character. Kabir's vision was so clear on what he wants for his every character and that made me work at ease. He is one of the best directors we have in India, the whole journey for me as a makeup and hair designer was incredible good."

Kabir Khan says "Every department is very important for me but in The Forgotten Army the make up was an extra challenge. As you know the show is about soldiers and war and I wanted them to look authentic and they had to look real when they were training or in battle. Sanah did a great job with all the actors even when the conditions were tough. I truly appreciate her contribution to the show."

‘The Forgotten Army’ is a story set in the 90s which narrates the love story of a patriotic army man. Starring actors like Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari Wagh, TFA is the journey of Lt. Sodhi and his life throughout the course of many years. What makes it possible to show this time-lapse is a work of carefully thought make-up and hair looks. Sanah Kewal very effortlessly takes us through 50 years of Lt. Sodhi’s life ( from 1994-1996) with her exceptional skills.

Young Sanah Kewal is a highly sought after hair & make-up artist who has previously worked with Alt Balaji’s web show- The Verdict. She has also worked with some of the industries top names like Nawazuddin Siddhique, Dia Mirza, Angad Bedi and has received numerous accolades.. She remains to be one of the very few young artists with such rich experience in her field of expertise. Her work also includes many Bollywood projects, top campaigns, and advertisements. This Mumbai- based talent has already made her mark and has a far-long journey to go.
