DUTT BIOPIC POSTPONED TO THIS DATE NOW!

With the likes of Raju Hirani himself and the veteran Tabu joining in the cast, the hysteria surrounding the Dutt biopic is simply unmissable! Be it the industrywallahs or the gossip mills or the fans, everyone wants a piece of the highly anticipated film! The Dutt biopic, tentatively titled Sanju, is almost ready but a little delayed now for some unavoidable reasons.

Yesterday, the filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala wasted no time in sending out a press release saying that his Tiger Shroff-Disha Patani action-thriller Baaghi 2, directed by Ahmed Khan, would hit the screens on March 30.

The date previously belonged to Rajkumar Hirani, who was to release the highly-awaited Sanjay Dutt biopic on that date. A trade source said, “Both movies are backed by the same studio. It seemed that the Dutt biopic (tentatively being referred to as Sanju) needed more time. So, the studio requested Sajid to release his Baaghi 2 on that date.”

According to sources, as of now, Sanju may hit the marquee on April 27 or August 11. If the latter happens, then it will clash with Akshay Kumar’s hockey drama Gold, which also releases on the Independence Day weekend.

Now, let's wait for an official announcement from the team of Dutt Biopic to get a final release date.
