????????????????????????????????????
Rashtra Nirman Party has always obeyed and followed the orders of the Supreme Court, National President of the party Dr. Anand Kumar told that, On August 10, 2021, the Supreme Court held several political parties guilty of contempt of court and imposed a fine of one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees on them to stop the increasing criminalization in the political field.
Rashtra Nirman party has demanded from the Election Commission that recognition of such punished parties should be abolished or their election symbol be confiscated or such winning candidates against whom there were criminal cases and who did not comply with the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, their election should be cancelled.
Keep in mind that in February 2020, it was decided by the Supreme Court that if political parties give tickets to such persons in the elections against whom there are criminal cases, then their information will be given to the general public through TV and newspapers by the parties concerned.
But in the elections to the Bihar Legislative Assembly, the directions of the Supreme Court were disregarded by the political parties, on which the above penal action has been taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Dr. Kumar said that his party's national executive has unanimously passed a resolution thanking the Supreme Court for such a decision and expressed hope that this decision will prove to be very important in the purification of politics.
In the meeting of the National Executive, besides the representatives of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Delhi, the party's founder President Thakur Vikram Singh, National Vice President Rakesh Arya, National General Secretary Manoj Gulati, National Secretary Radhakant Shastri, National Poet Saraswat Mohan Manishi etc. mainly participated.
Dr. Kumar further said that his party's manifesto has a resolution to end political criminalization in the first place and corruption in the second place and the party is continuously fighting on both these issues and will continue to do so.
If the Election Commission of India does not take any decision on our demand in the next 15 days, the party will stage a sit-in at the Election Commission's office on this subject.
The National Executive of the party has decided that in the near future, the Rashtra Nirman Party will participate in the assembly elections to be held in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and the municipal elections in Delhi.
The process of selection of candidates has started and the election strategy was also discussed in the National Executive.
In the process of selection of candidates, it will be ensured that no candidate should have any criminal background. Unfortunately, political parties have made elections so expensive that the common man cannot dare to stand for elections.
Therefore, the party has decided to fight political corruption, in the upcoming elections, people of normal economic condition will be made candidates and the minimum expenditure will be spent in the elections, so that the struggle against political corruption can also be intensified.
