Entertainment industry an easy target for depression, hair and make up wizard Nilam Kenia By Team Bollyy 05 Mar 2021 | Updated On 05 Mar 2021 12:40 IST in Latest Trending News & Gossip New Update Hair and makeup artist Nilam Kenia, who has worked with Priyanka Chopra, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Sara Ali Khan, believes the entertainment industry has been a soft target for aggravating depression and anxiety-related issues - Jyothi Venkatesh Nilam says she has noticed how the entertainment industry has been attacked over the issue of depression "People from the entertainment industry are known faces so it is easier to target them but depression and anxiety exist in all areas. I feel that they (celebrities) are more stressed only because they are known faces," she said. Nilam thinks a lot of times people forget to take care of their mental health and don't realize that it needs proper attention "For good mental health its important to take care of what you eat, what you think what kind of people you are surrounded with, your lifestyle, everything counts," she says, adding, personally if she feels depressed she reaches out to her friends or prefers taking a break from her routine or watch a movie. Dancing her heart out and exercising, is what calms down Nilam, on days when she feels low. "I love exercising it helps me a lot.
