She is now back to the intense training that includes kickboxing, speed agility exercises, strength training, and intermediate level MMA (mixed martial arts).

Speaking on her fitness goals for this year, Nimrit says, “For me, fitness has always been about challenging myself. Khatron Ke Khiladi has inspired me to push my limits, and I want to continue this passion in 2025 and 2026. This year, I aim to do 100kg deadlift and body weight squats. I have also added Pilates to my routine now. The fitness journey never stops, but evolves with time, and I am excited to see where it takes me next. I want to get back into the discipline and get even better at it after following the crazy fitness routine I followed for Khatron Ke Khiladi.”
