The celebration took a sharp turn when Manasi Salvi, in her role as Bhanu Bajpayee, arrived on stage with her family. She taunted Mahadev and Vidya’s relationship, reopening old wounds. According to her character, she remarked that the love which began 25 years ago is still a bitter truth for her family. In response, Vidya (Sneha Wagh) and other family members spoke calmly about patience and the importance of relationships, emphasizing that no matter how deep the hatred, they all remain part of the same family.

During this emotional confrontation, Vidya expressed that she sincerely prays Bhanu finds peace, understanding, and the ability to see that her sister is truly happy in this family. During the event, senior executives Alok Jain from JioHotstar and Colors TV spoke about the inspiration behind the show. Producer Sourav Tiwari said that Mahadev and Sons is not the story of just one man. It is the journey of an orphan born without a surname, who changes the destiny of future generations through sheer struggle. Mahadev represents millions who rise from difficult circumstances to create a secure future for their families.

He further explained that the story explores Bhanu’s burning desire for revenge, Vidya’s price of choosing love, mother Radha’s emotional dilemma, brother Yash’s blind loyalty, and the younger generation that respects parents yet wants to live life on its own terms. Every character reflects someone viewers can recognize from their own families.

In response to a question, the cast clarified that Mahadev and Sons is also a corporate family drama. Mahadev is the CEO of a company, while his sons are Deputy MDs. The office is portrayed as an extended family, where experience, discipline, authority, and emotional conflicts collide.
