Anshuman Jha confirms,' lakadbaggha 3' and plans to shoot the first Bollywood film in Chile after his meeting with the President of Chile - H.E. Gabriel Boric Font. After meeting Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Delhi, the President of Chile - H.E. Gabriel Boric Font - made a short quick visit to Mumbai. On this occasion, renowned filmmaker and actor Anshuman Jha met several representatives of Chile including the President and Ms. Carolina Arredondo, Minister of Culture and Arts of Chile.
During the meeting and interaction, the possibilities of bringing the cultural diversity of Chile on screen through Bollywood cinema, through his production at First Ray Films, were also discussed. Jha who recently wrapped up shooting for 'Lakadbaggha 2 in Indonesia (it is the first official Indian production with Indonesian approval) is looking forward to shooting his first Bollywood film in Chile.' Lakadbaggha 3' is an action film and the third part of the franchise.
Speaking on the subject Anshuman says, “I come from theatre, so any cultural exchange through the arts is an exciting endeavor. With so many divisive elements in the world, it is great to meet the leader of a nation who wts to encourage exchange and unity through the arts. It was an honour to meet His Excellency President Gabriel Boric Font and I truly hope we will help his vision of showcasing the beauty of Chile to the world through our cinema.” The Chilean delegation also visited YRF Studios. During the visit, there were concrete discussions about Yash Raj Films shooting Pathan 2 and First Ray Films shooting Hyena 3 in Chile next year.
