Border 2 song Jaate Hue Lamhon launched as Suniel Shetty reprises iconic Border moment

The evening became even more special when Suniel Shetty made a grand entry with his son and lead actor Ahan Shetty and actress Ananya Singh. This was followed by a powerful band performance by Navy officers, which filled the venue with patriotic fervour.

Ahan–Ananya’s Elegant Look

At the event, Ahan and Ananya were seen in graceful looks. Ahan appeared handsome in a black shirt paired with a brown blazer and denim, while Ananya looked elegant in a white floral saree. She completed her look with open hair and a black bindi, adding a traditional charm.

What Made the Event Special?

The launch event was deeply emotional and patriotic, attended by members of the armed forces. The song Jaate Hue Lamhon beautifully portrays the love, sacrifice, and courage of soldiers and their families. Originally composed by Anu Malik with lyrics by Javed Akhtar, the song has now been recreated in a fresh style by Mithoon. The track is sung by Vishal Mishra and Roop Kumar Rathod, who also delivered a live performance at the event. Earlier, the film’s song Ghar Kab Aaoge had received an overwhelming response from audiences.

Suniel Shetty Gets Emotional

Seeing Ahan Shetty in a soldier’s uniform, Suniel Shetty became emotional and was seen with tears in his eyes. Speaking to the media, he said that being part of such a film comes with a huge responsibility. He shared that he had advised his son to remember that the uniform is not just a costume but an emotion.

Suniel further expressed his gratitude to Indian soldiers, stating that the country’s strength and progress are possible because of the brave men standing at the borders. He encouraged Ahan to always work with honesty and dedication.

Addressing nepotism, Suniel Shetty clarified that while people may assume Ahan got opportunities easily, the truth is that he has faced his own struggles. He expressed happiness that Ahan got a film like Border 2 and hoped that he would do justice to his role.
