Call Me Bae 2 Shooting Starts and Lisa Mishra is Ready to Balance Music and Acting in 2026

The entertainment industry often tries to put artists in a box and limit them to just one identity, but singer and actor Lisa Mishra has decided to take a completely different path.

Lisa Mishra Eyes 2026 Balancing Music and Acting

Keeping the year 2026 in mind, Lisa wants to move forward with both music and acting together in her career. She is just not ready to believe that she has to choose only one way because that is what usually happens in this industry. She wants to break this rule and show that an artist can do everything they love.

Right now, the shooting for 'Call Me Bae 2' has started, and everything is moving ahead according to the fixed schedule. Along with this big acting project, work is also going on for Lisa’s new music albums.

When I started as a singer, I learned to express myself through my voice and music, without any hesitation. Later, acting taught me about pauses and the importance of small moments. I am very excited about 2026 because I want to try new things in both fields this year. Right now, I am working on music and acting at the same time, and this is what makes me happiest. I don't want to leave music for acting, and I don't want to leave acting for music."

She further says that people often want to tie you down to just one identity, but her creativity is not like that at all. She is constantly learning and changing herself. Doing experiments is what keeps her alive as a true artist. Now that she is acting, she really does not want to give up either of her passions. She wants to do justice to both and move ahead with projects that truly excite her heart.
