On his birthday, the renowned producer and real estate magnet unveiled the stunning interiors of his palatial home for guests like Ajay Devgn, Jeetendra, Rajkummar Rao, Tiger Shroff, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Rakesh Roshan, Boney Kapoor, Sajid Nadiadwala, Tusshar Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Harshvardhan Rane, Ahan Shetty, Padmini Kolhapure, Richa Chadha, Ameesha Patel, Rohit Roy among others.

Rohit Roy also shared a glimpse of the home in an Instagram story, complementing it with, “What a beautiful home you've made, Anand bhai!”

Pandit, the man behind some of the most prominent real estate landmarks in Mumbai, has created dream abodes for stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, Kangana Ranaut, Rajkummar Rao and more. Over the past few months, his company, Lotus Developers, has also been in the news for the redevelopment of  Shree Amrit Society in Bandra , where superstar Shah Rukh Khan bought his first home.
