Director Partho Ghosh Prayer Meet: The Hindi film industry mourned the loss of celebrated filmmaker Partho Ghosh, who died of a heart attack a few days ago. A prayer meet in his memory was organized on Thursday, June 12, and was attended by several well-known personalities from the film fraternity. Here's a look at who attended the solemn event.
Arbaaz Khan
Actor and producer-director Arbaaz Khan attended Partho Ghosh’s prayer meet. Dressed in a shirt, Arbaaz was seen visibly somber and mourning the late filmmaker.
Sunil Pal
Popular comedian Sunil Pal was also present at the prayer meet. He was seen with folded hands, paying his respects during the ceremony.
Shyam Kaushal
Shyam Kaushal, father of Bollywood actor Sunny Kaushal, was also seen at the event. He wore a white shirt and appeared emotional.

Veteran actor Deepak Parashar was among those who attended the prayer meet. Grief was clearly visible on his face.
For those unfamiliar, Partho Ghosh was a prominent filmmaker in the 1990s known for making socially relevant films. Some of his notable works include 100 Days starring Madhuri Dixit, Agni Sakshi with Manisha Koirala, Dalaal (1993) featuring Mithun Chakraborty and Ayesha Jhulka, and Ghulam-E-Mustafa (1997).
