Ek shareer mein kitane do hain,
ginkar dekho  jitne wo hain.

Dekhane vaalee aankhen do hain,
unake oopar abaroo (bhaven) do hain
soonghate hain khushaboo ko,
naak to ek hai, nathune do hain.

Bhaashaen hain saikadon lekin,
bolane vaale honth to do hain
laakhon aavaazen sunate hain,
sunane vaale kaan to do hain.

Kaan bhee do hain, honth bhee do hain,
daen, baen, kandhe do hain|
do baahen, do kohaniyaan unakee,
haath bhee do, angoothe do hain.

Do haathon kee do hain kalaiyaan,
taangen do hain, ghutane do hain|
chalana-phirana uthana-baithana,
do pairon ke takhane do hain.

Pairon ke neeche do talave,
bhaago jinase ediyaan do hain|
band rahen to mutthee do hain,
khulane par hatheliyaan do hain.

Bhool gaya tha maar tamaacha,
mere munh par gaalen do hain
donon pehloo  jhaank ke dekho,
dekhane ko bhee bagalen do hain.

Kitane saare do hain phir bhee,
ek hee dil hai, ek hee jaan hai
ek aakaash aur ek hee sooraj,
ek zameen, ek hindostaan hai.
