Sanitary pads packages were distributed free to the teenage school-girl students at the hands of Raveena Tandon at the event. The affable style-icon Raveena made it a point to mingle with them and personally hand over the pads package to the girl students.  Which in turn brought cheerful smiles on the faces of the young girls, who seemed both thrilled and emotionally touched by modest celebrity Tandon’s caring gesture. It may be recalled that way back in the past the kind-hearted Raveena had ‘adopted ‘ two young girls. and took their utmost care.   After her marriage in 2004, to eminent movie-distributor Anil Thadani, later on they became parents to their own young daughter Rasha and young son Ranbirvardhan.
