JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” is being organized by Ganesh Chukkal, cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar launched the poster.

For the first time, a grand event of “JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” is being organized by Shri Ganesh Chukkal, Vibhag Adhyaksh, Ghatkopar, MNS. In this event, the poster and theme song of “JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” was launched by former Indian cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar. Dilip Vengsarkar, who achieved fame in both Test cricket and one-day cricket, congratulated Ganesh Chukkal for this huge sporting extravaganza.

It is remarkable that “JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” is being held from March 5 to March 10 at Dattaji Salvi Ground in Ghatkopar, preparations for which were going on for months. This sports and cultural event will be a unique program of its kind where a wonderful union of sports and culture will be seen.

This “JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” is being organized to promote the traditional outdoor sports which are rooted in the soil of Maharashtra, this initiative is to divert the youth towards a new direction which are surrounded in today's technology and social media. 

Organizing this event in Ghatkopar will be extremely beneficial for the purpose of getting to know the Olympic Games and preparing for the opportunity of participating in the Olympic Games. This will create a festive atmosphere for the children in Anganwadi, entertain senior citizens and also create an atmosphere of traditional games and songs. Here people can interact with each other and women can enjoy their art. “JIGARBAAZ KHEL MAHASANGRAM” hopes to make both old and new generation understand about traditional sports.
