Cinema history was made in Ho Chi Minh City as Love in Vietnam, the first-ever official India–Vietnam collaborative feature film, celebrated its grand Vietnamese premiere on January 5, 2026. The prestigious event was attended by Dr. Vipra Pandey, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, Producer Captain Rahul Bali, Director Rahhat Shah Kazmi, lead Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan, along with a distinguished gathering of Vietnamese actors, filmmakers, industry leaders, cultural representatives, and members of the international media.

The premiere marked a significant milestone in cultural and cinematic diplomacy, symbolizing the deepening creative partnership between India and Vietnam. Hosted in one of Asia’s most vibrant cultural capitals, the event received an overwhelming response from Vietnam’s film fraternity and international observers alike, firmly positioning Love in Vietnam as a landmark project in cross-border storytelling.

Love in Vietnam is produced by Captain Rahul Bali, Rahhat Shah Kazmi, Omung Kumar, Sarvesh Goel, Tariq Khan, Zeba Sajid, Mohammad Antulay, Sahil Sheikh and Pankaj Singh Chauhan, co-produced by Samten Hills Dalat  in association with Vikas Sharma, Devansh Bhardwaj and Nguyen Cao Tung.
