veteran film producer Mahendra Bohra, the father of popular television actor Karanvir Bohra, passed away. Following his demise, a prayer meeting was organized on Sunday, March 8, at Khatwari Darbar in Mumbai’s Khar area. Family members, close friends and several well-known personalities from the entertainment industry gathered to pay their last respects. During the prayer meet, Karanvir Bohra was present with his family and personally met the guests, thanking them for coming to pay tribute to his father.
Karanvir Bohra Seen Emotional
Television actor Karanvir Bohra attended the prayer meeting with his family. He was seen dressed in simple white attire and appeared deeply emotional while remembering his father.

The news of Mahendra Bohra’s passing was shared by his son Karanvir Bohra through social media. On Wednesday, Karanvir posted a heartfelt message on Instagram remembering his father. He wrote, “Dear Papa, I will miss you more than words can express. Those who have lost their parents know what this pain feels like. But amid this grief, I find comfort in knowing that you lived a good and fulfilling life.”

He further wrote, “You always said you wanted to leave this world peacefully and without suffering. And that is exactly how it happened. You were strong and always lived life on your own terms.”

Karanvir also recalled the values he learned from his father. He wrote, “You taught my sister and me everything that truly matters in life — to keep hope alive no matter how difficult life becomes, to stand up again after falling, to live with energy, passion and positivity, and never give up. Your courage was indomitable, and you made sure that courage lived on in me as well.”

He added, “You taught me to dream — to be an actor with the mindset of a producer, to never leave the set without completing my shot. You taught me to create, to be kind and to carry myself with grace and dignity, not just in how we dress but also in how we treat people.”
Karanvir concluded the post by writing, “Everyone who talks about you says the same thing — what a wonderful human being you were. And they are right. You were a precious soul. My sister and I feel proud and blessed to be your children. Papa… my love, my heart belongs to you. Always. Now go on your next journey knowing that I will take care of everything.”
