Meenakshi Seshadri, Rahul Roy, Deepak Tijori deeply touched by generosity of Pearl Group CMD Ronnie Rodrigues towards under-privileged people ---on occasion of Diwali Dhanteras by Chaitanya Padukone

It was a rare historic combination of three Bollywood evergreen celebs.  Bollywood's 'Damini' legendary star actress and trained classical dancer the dignified Meenakshi Seshadri, the original Aashiqui movie star-hero Rahul Roy and super-actor director Deepak Tijori  who were 'guests-of-honour' . They seemed deeply touched by the generosity of Mr Ronnie Rodrigues--CMD of Pearl Group of Companies, at the Dhanteras Diwali (2024) celebrations .

At this Dhanteras Diwali office premises event ( it is held annually)  due priority was given by Ronnie Rodrigues and (his CineBuster Senior Editor) Keerti Kadam to ensure diligent distribution of expensive sweets and utility gifts to each of the housekeeping, security people, and workers of his entire office complex. There were also given a shagun-honorarium so that the deprived people of the society could also celebrate Diwali in a dignified way. This generous initiative of Ronnie Rodrigues was appreciated by the three famous evergreen Celebrities, who gave away precious shagun-gift hampers to a large number of people.

Extending her hearty greetings on Diwali, film star actress-danseuse graceful,Meenakshi Seshadri ( who became very popular as the celebrity guest-mentor  on dance-reality TV show Dance India Dance)  said, "Consider myself fortunate to have got this rare opportunity to give away Diwali gifts from my hands,to so many needy people. Honestly I do not wish to take any credit, because actually I am only handing over the gifts to the needy people.. Definitely, this is a very good social-service initiative by Ronnie Rodrigues and coming here today proved to be a genuine honor and  pleasure for me,," said the star-heroine Meenakshi who played the romantic lead  opposite superstar Amitabh Bachchan in iconic movie Shahenshah (1988) !

Celeb actor director Deepak Tijori reacted that "Ronnie Rodriguez is a very good philanthropic person. He looks at everyone equally and continuously works towards making people happy. He takes his employed staff to foreign locations for holidays. Where is such generosity seen in today's times? Today he has called us all here to distribute gifts, it is a matter of good fortune for us. When I started acting, I used to wish that I get a chance to do a film with Meenakshi Seshadri. Rahul Roy got this opportunity, But I did not but today I got to sit right next to Meenakshi-jee, it is such a memorable moment for me." said Deepak Tijori.

Aashiqui hero evergreen Rahul Roy with his youthful hair-style  also wished everyone a happy Diwali and praised this large-hearted social amazing initiative of Ronnie Rodrigues.

Personally for me it was a sentimental re-connect with my old actor-friends Rahul Roy and Deepak Tijori . Then of course elegant actress Meenakshi-jee, all of whom I had interviewed for Mid-Day newspaper, in the initial; phase of their acting careers and even later on as they became popular stars. 

Corporate businessman, media-publisher and philanthropist Ronnie Rodrigues, while wishing everyone a happy Diwali, said that, "making people happy gives me happiness and peace. The one who lives for others is a true human being".declared Ronnie, amidst applause.

Ronnie Rodrigues does not speak much to the media. He continues to do noble work quietly and without any flaunting. Even if someone thanks him, he says--please Thank God. We are only a means and a medium, The Almighty God is the One who actually provides for everyone.

Whenever it's Ronnie Rodrigues' birthday or any other special occasion, he gives the same equal treatment to all his dedicated employed staff. When he takes his entire employed staff to various foreign locations, everyone is treated the same there,Everyone stays in the same hotel, eats at the same place and he himself also lives with them.

It is noteworthy that Ronnie Rodrigues is always engaged in charity and social-welfare work. He has also been taking care of numerous orphan school children and even needy senior citizens.. A large number of invited media persons also attended his afternoon Diwali function within his office premises and were given a Diwali-shagun best media kit,which included a special surprise.  Everyone praised Ronnie's generosity.and concern-caring nature.
