Mitali Pandey: Bringing Laughter to Audience in 'Janani AI Ki Kahani'

Actress Mitali Pandey, who plays the role of Pranali Sharma or Polly in Janani AI Ki Kahani, on Dangal TV, says that she loves being part of the Mrinal Abhigyan Jha Productions venture. She adds that the title as well as the context of the show is something that has never been attempted before.

“That is something like I have never heard before so it felt amazing when we got to know about it after a few days of shooting. The audience these days has a progressive state of mind. So, it’s good to keep up with them and provide content in which they would enjoy investing their time,” she says.

Talking about her character details, she says, “My character's name is Pranali Mishra but she is called as Polly. She’s pretty, fun-loving, and has a little low IQ level which makes her funny and adorable. The character that would bring smiles and probably laughter to the audience is the only hilarious angle of a serious subject that prompted me to take up this show.”

She adds, “Just like Polly, I would like my life to be bright and full of colors and even I like to see people smile around me and because of me.”

The AI wave is here to stay and 2024 is the year of AI, she says, adding, “That’s inevitable, and that thought is a bit scary. It has already replaced people at their job places in many areas of the world.”

Talking about working with Abhigyan and Mrinal Jha, she says, “It has been an honor to work with such great and experienced people from the industry. I am feeling blessed and full of gratitude.”
