Talking about her personal experience of fasting on Mahashivratri, she added, “Fasting on Mahashivratri is not challenging at all for me. In fact, it’s energizing. I feel that fasting detoxifies the body and uplifts the spirit. When you’re on a liquid diet for the day—consuming water, juices, or fruits—you feel lighter and more positive. It’s almost like a spiritual cleanse.”
Muskaan expressed her admiration for the dedication of devotees who walk barefoot, carrying holy water to offer to Lord Shiva. “Hats off to those who take such efforts. It truly shows how deeply connected people are to their faith. Mahashivratri is not just a festival; it’s a celebration of divine positivity and strength,” she said.

She emphasized the spiritual power of chanting, saying, “Even chanting ‘Om’ or ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ can calm you down and fill you with positive energy. Whenever I feel low or overwhelmed, these chants help me regain my focus and peace.” Muskaan also spoke about her upbringing and how her family’s beliefs influenced her connection with spirituality. She said, “My family has always been spiritual—my mother believes in Mata Rani, and my father worships Lord Krishna. But I’ve always had a special connection with Lord Shiva. Mahashivratri holds great importance in my life, both personally and professionally.”
