Over the past several years. full-time vivacious actress Ananya Dutta has also been a versatile theatre-drama actress and a celeb-model name. Currently, she has been cast by talented actor-director Kapil Kaustubh Sharma in his upcoming movie  Zindagi Phir Bhi  Khubsoorat Hai' with melodious music by Nikhil Kamath.

It may be noted here, that Kapil Kaustubh Sharma is the younger brother of senior film-maker Anil Sharma ( of mega-hit Gadar-2' fame)!
The articulate  Ananya Dutta discloses," This upcoming movie' Zindagi Phir...' is written and directed by Kapil Kaustubh Sharma and he is also acting in it. Besides me, the formidable stellar cast comprises Tanishaa Mukherji,  Sushmita Mukherjee, Delnaaz Irani, Kapil Kaustubh Sharma and many others, Its a sweet, emotional film against a Parsi backdrop. The  film spans from the 90s to the current times.

What excited me was that my character is of a lively,  flirtatious,fun-loving girl. Since it was a role of different ages-span, it was rather challenging to perform, but I enjoyed it, " shares talented candid Ananya..

Hasn't Ananya worked with Kapil previously in the past ? " That's right, Kapil and I have done a few other projects together.I have acted in his films like  "Love-is-Love',, "Lights-Camera-Murder", and a web-series Margao Files as well. This new assignment seemed like an interesting and challenging role to do. So I didn't hesitate when he offered me the 'Zindagi Phir Bhi..' role. Our natural bond of friendship made the interactions genuine and exciting to shoot, insists Ananya. who started her career-journey in Mumbai as a  prolific model. I have done over 130 ads including one for Thums-Up soft drink with superstar Salman Khan.. 

With a passion for drama-plays I simultaneously did theatre-plays with iconic ad-man and versatile innovative theatre guru Bharat Dabholkar’s Bottoms Up Gang and I have done over 8 plays of over 700 shows both in India and abroad locations.. I was fortunate to have had the chance to work with stalwart theatre-stage-luminaries like Tom Alter,  Viju Khote,  Ananth Mahadevan and so many others on stage," says Ananya who is currently also considering more--exciting acting offers !.
