Such Songs Aren’t Made Anymore
Songs sung by Jaspinder Narula are still commonly heard at weddings and celebrations. Reflecting on that era with emotion, she shared:
“It brings me great joy that the songs we sang continue to be played during weddings and happy occasions. It is truly a blessing. Perhaps they still resonate with people because songs with emotional and traditional depth are rarely made anymore. Special songs for occasions like patriotism, Raksha Bandhan, or Holi have all but disappeared. Our children today may not even become aware of the spirit of our festivals.”
