Meanwhile, Patrakaar Bhushan Pradeep Sardana, along with highlighting Pandit Malaviya's many extraordinary achievements, also shared five fundamental mantras of an ideal and excellent journalist. Mr. Sardana said, "The most important principle of journalism is that whatever is written or spoken must be completely accurate. Therefore, authenticity in news is a paramount requirement. Also, every good journalist must work with diligence, impartiality, honesty, and fearlessness. Only then will the journalists and their media organization gain credibility. Mahamana also gave utmost importance to the Mundaka Upanishad's "Satyameva Jayate" (truth alone triumphs), popularizing it so much that the Government of India adopted it as the national motto."
