Iconic music-composer-singer-performer-actor-song-writer-film-maker Himesh Reshammiya ( H R) is back with a big bang and if the latest visuals are any indication-- H R seems to be threatening to set the screens-on-fire.  The H-R-Xpose Universe continues to expand. Very soon ardents fans and cinema-lovers will possibly get to dive into the world of ‘Badass Ravi Kumar,’ a high-octane masala action musical action thriller that promises to bring back the glory of the 80s! A retro-rhapsody with full-on clap-worthy dialogue-baazi.dhamaaka!

The Himesh Reshammiya-starrer is being touted as a true throwback to the golden era of Bollywood. Set in the nostalgic zone of films once mastered by legends like Feroz Khan, Rajiv Rai, and Nasir Hussain along with legendary RD Burman style music, Badass Ravi Kumar is unapologetically an “80s type ki picture.”

The recently released motion poster has generated immense buzz, unveiling the trailer release date as January 5th, 2025.. 

 Many years ago when i had personally interviewed Himesh Reshammiya, he shared with me that he was and is always a die-hard ardent fan of legendary composer-singer R D Burman ( Pancham-Da). " Whenever I get the right opportunity I try my best to give R D Burman my personal humble on-screen musical tribute.. Like as a co-producer, actor  and music director, I had done for this sensational chart-buster song "Balma' from the movie Khiladi 786 (year 2012)--- which had Akshay Kumar in the lead,  

With its retro aesthetics and Himesh’s signature musical magic, Badass Ravi Kumar promises to pay homage to the golden era of Bollywood while redefining it for today’s audiences.
