Saiyami Kher Prepares for Ironman Race: Breaking Barriers in Fitness

Saiyami Kher loves to stay sharp in her mind and body and often talks about how key sports are for her. Now, she's upping her game by getting ready for the tough Ironman race, which has swimming, biking, and running. By joining this race Saiyami will be the first woman actor to take on this hard test. Saiyami's hard work and strong will are clear. She's going all out to get ready, looking up to actor Milind Soman, who is the only other actor to do this.

"I've often said that sport keeps me fit, not just my body but my mind too. Getting ready for the Ironman is a huge task I've set for myself. It's about beating your own limits with Small wins. Making yourself better. Pushing hard and finding your true power. I've always wanted to do this, and I thought it's time to dive in. I've constantly spoken about how sport has given me power not only physically but also mentally in shape. Preparing for the Ironman is one of the most important challenges I've taken on, It’s you vs you. Small victories. Bettering yourself. Pushing yourself and locating your inner power. It’s constantly been on my bucket list and I decided to finally take the plunge. It’s hard, mainly with the shoot taking place and keeping me busy and devoting 2 hours a day to training it gets nerve-racking." Saiyami Kher said.


Saiyami Kher is an inspiration on-screen and off-screen with her dedication and unwavering passion. Her journey to the Ironman race is another example of her ability to set big goals and work tirelessly to achieve them.

On the film front, Saiyami will now be seen with Prateek Gandhi and Divyandu Sharma in the film Agni. The film is directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the banner of Excel Entertainment. Agni is a film that celebrates and explores the lives of firefighters.
