Shahid Kapoor Praises Randeep Hooda, Recalls NSD Days

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor recently expressed his praise to actor Randeep Hooda during the social media live session and shared an interesting anecdote related to the days of the National School of Drama (NSD). Shahid said that when he took part in acting workshops organized by Naseeruddin Shah, Randeep's seniority and his personality scared him. However, now both have become good friends and for the first time Vishal is going to work together in Bhardwaj's upcoming film "Ustra".

During his live session, Shahid said that Randeep Hooda was his senior during Nasir Sir's workshops in NSD and his seriousness seemed quite scary. He said that he was a little afraid of him, but over time there was a deep friendship between the two and now both are good friends. He expressed happiness that he would now work with him in "Ustra".

In the Live session, Shahid said, "Randeep Hooda is also in this film. How can I forget? He is a friend of my NSD days when I was there.
I am now really excited. This is the first time I am working with Randeep. Both of us have done many acting workshops with Naseer's Uncle. He was my senior and I was very afraid of him."

"Ustra", directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, will also feature brilliant artists like Nana Patekar, Vikrant Masi, and Trupti Dimri along with Shahid and Randeep.

It is so nice for the fans of Shahid Kapoor and Randeep Hooda to know, how these two talented actors, who were first senior and junior of each other, are not only good friends but are also working together. His shared history in NSD, clearly laid the foundation for a deep honor and a comradery, even though it began with Shahid initially intimidating. Now, as they are going to start their professional journey together in the film 'Ustra', the audience will undoubtedly wait for this film.  The audience's expectations are clear, especially after this fun backstory between Shahid and Randeep. In their upcoming film,  they will make their performance meaningful as well as add a touch of truth to their on-screen dynamics... This is a beautiful culmination of screen screen-sharing experience between a nervous student with his senior.
