Sheena 's fitness journey began in childhood. Her father took her for morning runs and basketball before school. After his father's passing, her mother enrolled her in karate classes. After five years of consistent hard work, Sheena earned a brown belt and participated in state-level competitions. That same discipline and diligence are evident in her fitness training even today.
