Directed by Rakesh Dhawan, this film depicts the love story of two people from two states speaking two different languages. 'Kudi Hariyane Val Di' is a family film in which comedy, drama, and romance will be seen in abundance. Sonam Bajwa, Ammy Virk, Ajay Hooda, Yashpal Sharma, and Yograj Singh will be seen in the film. Let us tell you that this film will be released in theaters on June 14.

What will be your reaction if Shahrukh Khan comes here to praise the trailer of your film 'Kudi Hariyane Val Di'?

Ammy- We will stop this promotion and go back because our work will be done. After that, the whole of India has to see our trailer and film. We have had two Punjabi films in which Aamir sir came in one and Salman sir came in the other. During an interview when asked whom will you call for the next film, Sonam took the name of Shahrukh Khan. We will try to call him in our next film. We will request our producers to call Shahrukh Khan in any way because his coming will be a big thing for us. The whole of Punjab loves him a lot. His coming is our heart's desire.

Sonam- I will freeze. I will have to pinch myself and convince myself if this happens.

What if Shahrukh Khan does a cameo in your next film?

Ammy- One of our franchise films is coming in September, so we request you to bring him, it will be our good fortune to work with him.

Kudi Haryane Val Di - Trailer

The trailer of the film has received a very good response from the audience, what kind of response are you guys getting?

Sonam- It is getting a very good response. This response increases our hope that if people liked the trailer, they would like the film too. We are all excited and hope that people will like the film.

Ammy- When we saw the trailer for the first time, we liked it very much even though we were a little more critical about our work. Sonam was very nervous during the entire shoot of the film whether people would like the film or not. When Sonam saw the trailer, she liked it very much. I was with a friend when I saw this trailer and I liked it very much. We have friends from the industry who are legal advisors, we showed this trailer to them and I have a friend who is a director, he was also shown this trailer, both of them liked this trailer very much and they also praised it a lot. We thought that if the people in the industry liked it, then our fans would like it. The day before yesterday when we released the trailer, the media people of Mumbai were also there, everyone praised it a lot. The best thing about this film is that it has two languages, one is Punjabi and the other is Haryanvi and both are regional languages. You can watch a film with family, the response of fans to the trailer is very good. We just hope that people like the film.

Have you both seen the film?

Sonam- Yes

Ammy- We watch it when we are dubbing and since we are the hero and heroine of this film, most of the scenes are ours, we almost watch the film and we are also the owners of this film, so we have seen it. The producer and director of the film are my brother, and Sonam and I have done a lot of films so far, so now we can give our point of view on a creative level, that is why we watch the film.

Sonam, you are from Mumbai, so did you show Ammy Mumbai?

Sonam- I fed him vada pav yesterday and he ate two vada pavs instead of one.

Ammy- I ate one and a half. This dish is not in Punjab yet, I think if it goes to Punjab, it will become a hit. Things made from gram flour, potatoes, and bread will be a hit in Punjab because people there like such things a lot. I will try and ask a friend to open a vada pav restaurant. Mumbai's vada pav has its specialty, just like Punjab's sarson ka saag and makke ki roti. We shot most of this film in Sachcha Kheda, a village in Haryana. All the people there were very nice. The families there fed us bajra ki roti, kadhi, chutney, ghee, butter, and much more. We are very thankful to them. Food from every place is special, so we will try to take Mumbai's Vada pav to Punjab. I like Mysore masala dosa from a Mumbai restaurant very much.

Sonam- We will also feed them bhelpuri and sevpuri as this is also a specialty here.

Like other film industries, the Punjabi film industry is also growing, now its audience is not only in the North but also in the South, and now the whole country is watching all kinds of films. How do you see this change?

Ammy- During an interview, Sonam Ji said one thing that the reason for this was the lockdown because during that time people watched a lot of OTT. Even the OTT people did not know that lockdown was going to happen, so everyone had run out of content. When everything was over, then at that time people saw Korean cinema, national cinema, regional cinema, Turkish films, Iranian films, and much more during this period. And amidst all this, people also discovered and watched Punjabi cinema. Now when new films are released, people try to go to the theatre and watch them. Right now 60% of the revenue of our films comes from overseas and 40% of revenue comes from India because right now Punjabis are everywhere. We hope that in the coming times, the whole of India will watch and like Punjabi films. We will endeavor to make good films and such films that the whole family can watch together.

Kudi Haryane Val Di Movie (2024) | Release Date, Review, Cast, Trailer - Gadgets 360

Sonam- It feels great when people love you not only where you are working but people from outside are also giving you the same love. It takes the same amount of hard work to make any film, regional films have fewer resources due to less budget. I feel that regional cinema requires a little more hard work. And when you have worked so hard and people appreciate it, it feels great. I feel that Punjabi music has helped us a lot because Punjabi music is heard not only in India but all over the world. I just want that this language barrier should be reduced and people's love for Punjabi cinema should increase.

What would you like to say to your fans?

Ammy- We request all the audience to go and watch this film with their family, you will enjoy it.

Sonam- do watch ‘Kudi Hariyane Val Di’ on 14th June.
