Evergreen 'ageless' amazing star-actor Anil Kapoor whose latest star-studded action-emotional thriller Prime Video Original movie 'Subedaar' (directed by Suresh Triveni)  just unveiled trailer has enthralled millions of viewers as also his loyal legion of fans seemed to be in a jovial yet candid mood at the trailer launch event. 

The truly honest  'Dil Dhadkne Do' actor ( Anil, that is)  disclosed how no one in his home is his "fan". The articulate Anil said, “Mere ghar mein koi mera fan nahi hai.. Ab mein ghar se nikal rahaa thha, apni biwi ( Sunita) ke paas room mein jata hoon first floor pe, toh mein gaya and she reacted with ‘where are you going?’ Usko maalum hee nahi kya ho raha hai meri life mein. Mere profession se usko koi lena dena nahi. I said mera aaj trailer launch hai, then she asked, ‘Where? Which film?’.

Later when asked why he was not working on-screen with 'younger heroines', witty and candid Anil Kapoor answered with " None of today's young heroines and even my past senior heroines are 'not' ready to work with me. If possible please recommend my name to them. They only want to work with young boys," smiled 'laajawab' Anil who always lives in the present and looks forward to the future!

 It may be recalled here that Khushboo was cast as Anil Kapoor's co-star ( screen-sister) in Subhash Ghai's popular movie 'Meri Jung' (1985) and she said she still shares a special growing respectful bond-attraction !.

The trailer of Subedaar plunges into India’s rugged regional heartland, where illegal sand mining fuels a land ruled by fear and silence. Retired Subedaar Arjun Maurya returns — disciplined, battle-scarred, and grieving — until his path collides with Prince (Aditya Rawal). Anil Kapoor anchors the film with simmering intensity, delivering the powerful line, “Fauji hai, seene mein goli jhel sakte hai, beizzati nahi.” What follows is a tense and brutal face-off as Arjun takes on a ruthless new dangerous adversary,( Babli Didi and Prince) while his strained relationship with his daughter Shyama (Radhikka Madan) deepens the emotional stakes. Gritty yet deeply human, the film promises a searing clash of ego, pain, and survival — because when fists fly and respect is on the line, there’s only one rule: Don’t f****k  ( mess) with Subedaar.
