Teaser for Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra's Film Toaster Released

On February 3rd, the teaser for the highly anticipated film Toaster, starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra, was unveiled at a special event in Mumbai hosted by Netflix. The event was attended by several notable personalities, including Archana Puran Singh, actress-producer Patralekhaa, and Upendra Limaye.

At the Toaster teaser launch event, Sanya Malhotra looked stunning in a green designer dress, while Rajkummar Rao donned a green pant-suit. Archana Puran Singh also turned heads in an orange outfit. Rajkummar shared that his wife, actress Patralekhaa, is producing the film and revealed that the film was first offered to Archana Puran Singh during the filming of Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Rajkummar Rao spoke about the project, saying, "We sent the script to everyone because we trusted the script. Everyone liked it, and the great thing was that everyone agreed to do it. Sanya was the first one to say, 'This is good, let’s do it.’ After that, everyone came on board."

Sanya Malhotra mentioned, "I had a great time shooting for this film. Even weeks later, I still feel like going back to the set. It was a wonderful experience working with everyone, especially Raj. Working with him is always great; we’ve previously worked together in the hit film Ludo."

Actress-Producer Patralekhaa’s Thoughts:

Actress and producer Patralekhaa expressed, "The cast and team of this film are amazing. I had a fantastic time working with everyone. This is my first time stepping into producing, and I’m thrilled with the experience."

Toaster is directed by Vivek Das Chaudhary and is produced under the banner Kampa Films by Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa. The film will soon be available on Netflix.
