Thamma Song Poison Baby Launch: Ayushmann & Rashmika Set Mumbai on Fire!

Maddock Universe’s upcoming horror-comedy film “Thamma” is currently creating a buzz. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. On Monday, 13 October, the new song “Poison Baby” was launched in Mumbai. The launch event was attended by the film’s cast as well as Malaika Arora, Jasmine Sandlas, Sachin–Jigar, and choreographer-actress Lauren Gottlieb.

Rashmika – Malaika Look

At the event, Rashmika Mandanna impressed everyone with her traditional look, wearing a black floral-printed lehenga. Malaika Arora opted for a white skirt with a matching top, keeping her hair open. The highlight of the evening was their energetic dance performance on “Poison Baby.”

The song is sung by Jasmine Sandlas, Sachin–Jigar, and Divya Kumar, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

At the launch, Rashmika Mandanna expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming love from fans and shared her excitement for the film’s release. She said that the affection from fans makes her life more meaningful and added that the film promises a unique experience for everyone.

Malaika Arora shared her excitement about being part of the horror-comedy universe. She mentioned that performing on a song after a long time was a fun and refreshing experience. She also asked the audience if they were ready for a thrilling experience.

What Ayushmann Khurrana Said,

Ayushmann Khurrana spoke about the film, his co-stars, and the lively atmosphere on set, expressing his joy at being part of the project.

Special Appearance

Finally, Bigg Boss fame Kashish Kapoor joined Rashmika and Ayushmann on stage to dance to “Poison Baby.”

When is ‘Thamma’ Releasing?

The film “Thamma” is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik and is the fifth installment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. The cast includes Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal in lead roles. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on 21 October 2025, coinciding with Diwali.
