Actress Shivangi Verma, known for her roles in shows like Tera Ishq Mera Fitoor, Choti Sarrdaarni, Reporters, and Bhootu, recently visited the holy Vaishno Devi temple and had a truly unforgettable experience. Talking about it, she said, “The experience was absolutely divine. The atmosphere and the chants of ‘Jai Mata Di’ made the journey special. I felt blessed and content after the visit.”
She continued, “The highlight of the trip was reaching the temple after a long trek and getting to see the darshan of Mata Rani. The early morning view of the sunrise over the mountains was magical. I chose to walk the entire way because I wanted to feel the experience fully. The only part I didn’t walk was from Mata Rani to Bhairo Baba, which I did on a horse. I walked for almost 14 kilometers. The trek was tough but rewarding, with breaks for chai and prasad along the way. In the end, I realized that physical energy was really important for a successful Vaishno Devi trip. You need to be fit for the trek.”

Shivangi mentioned that she tries to visit a holy temple at least once every few months or whenever she feels the need to reconnect with her spiritual side. On the work front, she is currently working with veteran actor Govinda Namdev in a film called Gaurishankar Goharganj Wale.
