What Is the Film About?

The trailer of The Kerala Story 2 begins with a shocking claim and then moves across different states such as Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Kerala. The film portrays the story of three Hindu girls, played by Ulka Gupta, Aditi Bhatia, and Aishwarya Ojha. The three fall in love with different Muslim men, but gradually realize that there is a larger conspiracy behind their relationships.

In Rajasthan, a family files a police complaint regarding the forced religious conversion of their 16- year-old daughter. In Madhya Pradesh, a girl is deceived in the name of marriage and pressured to change her religion. In Kerala, a young woman faces pressure to convert after being persuaded into a
live-in relationship. Through these three narratives, the film attempts to highlight a serious and sensitive issue.

Direction and Production
The film is directed by National Award-winning director Kamakhya Narayan Singh. It is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the banner of Sunshine Pictures. The makers claim that this sequel presents the subject with even greater depth and intensity than the first installment.

Release Date
The Kerala Story 2 is scheduled to release in theatres on February 27, 2026. Following the trailer launch and special screening, audience curiosity has significantly increased.
