Upasana Kamineni on Motherhood and the Importance of Egg Freezing

Ramcharan's Wife Upasana Kamineni Opens Up About Egg Freezing Journey

RRR fame Ramcharan became the father of a daughter last year on 20 June 2023. His wife Upasana Kamineni is a businesswoman by profession and she also got her eggs frozen at the right age so that she could become a mother as per her wish. Recently in an interview, she talked about her journey of becoming a mother. Regarding this, Upasana says, "Adjusting to motherhood is a very pleasant journey but it is not possible without difficulties." She says that she is dependent on her mother to raise her daughter and sometimes she wishes she could have handled things differently. Upasana says that her mother always says that no person is perfect and Upasana wants to carry this mantra forward in her life.

Let us tell you that Ramcharan and Upasana Kamineni were married in 2012. The couple resisted the pressure of society for many years and decided to become parents when they felt they were ready for it. Speaking about freezing her eggs, Upasana says, "I froze my eggs because I believe every woman has the right to decide when she wants to become a mother. To young women considering egg freezing, I urge you to prioritize your well-being and future and make decisions that are consistent with your goals and values."

Upasana tells about Ram Charan that he is a very good partner who helped her fight postpartum depression and stood by her like a shield. Upasana says that being a working woman, she feels guilty about leaving her child at home but she is trying to manage both her personal and professional life. Upasana says, "When I leave for work, it hurts my heart to leave Clean Clara. Charan and I cry even more when we leave her for work."
