The trailer for the highly anticipated film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video,' featuring Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri, was unveiled today. The event was a grand affair, with Rajkummar and Tripti making a dramatic entrance on a motorcycle, accompanied by the beats of dhol and nagada. Tripti looked stunning in a green floral saree with a 90s flair and a fabric choker that added an elegant touch. Rajkummar, on the other hand, wore a brown coat over a black t-shirt and pants.
Rajkummar and Vicky Bring Mega-Family Comedy with 'Vicky Vidya'
The duo's entry onto the stage was highlighted by a heart-shaped backdrop. As they took the stage, Rajkummar said, “With Vicky and Vidya, love is definitely in the air.” He elaborated on the film, stating, “Our film is not just a family movie but a mega-family movie. It's packed with comedy and entertainment. We made you laugh in Stree 2, and now we’re here with Vicky Vidya to bring more laughter. You’re in for a great time.”
Sharing his experience, Rajkummar added, “We had a blast making this film, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it just as much. We promise plenty of laughs.”
Tripti also expressed her excitement, saying, “Our film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ will be released on October 11. We had a fantastic time filming, laughing so hard that our stomachs hurt, and I hope you’ll have the same experience watching it. So, don’t miss it in theaters.”
After Tripti’s remarks, the trailer screening for ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ took place. Following the screening, Rajkummar, Tripti, and the entire cast of the film posed for photos.
The cast of the Film
In addition to Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri, the film features Vijay Raaz, Mallika Sherawat, Mast Ali, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Archana Patel, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania, and Ashwini Kalsekar. The trailer also gave a glimpse of Shehnaaz Gill.
Release Date
This film is a collaborative project between T-Series, Balaji Telefilms, Wakao Films, and Thinking Pictures. Directed by Raj Shandilya, ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ is a comedy-drama set in the 90s. The film is scheduled for release on October 11 and will face competition from Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina's ‘Jigra’ at the box office.
