ZEE's Horror Night Shift Brings Back 90s Thrill in Mumbai
The night of Halloween turned out to be an unforgettable experience for citizens of Mumbai as ZEE hosted its much-anticipated Zee Horror Night Shift Halloween Party at Dublin Square, Phoenix Market City on Saturday night. An epic event that celebrated thrill and gave everyone some spine-chilling moments to cherish. In fact, ZEE hosting a night of horror brought back memories of one of the scariest shows of all times that Zee TV had introduced way back in the 90s and continued to be a rage through the 2000s. From the crowd reactions, it sure looked like there is an entire generation that has grown up watching one of India's earliest and cult-favorite horror shows, and would love to see it back on air again!
While guests came dressed to celebrate Halloween, it was a thrilling display of creativity and flair on the red carpet where actors like Aishwarya Khare, Neeharika Roy, Aditi Sharma, Rohit Chandel, Aditi Sharma, Manan Sachdeva, Krish Chauhan, Punit Sharma and influencers - Funyaasi and Mayur Jumani showcased their quirky, stylized costumes, perfectly suited for the occasion. The Zee Horror Night Shift Halloween Party red carpet transformed into a spooky runway, setting the stage for a night filled with chills and thrills. Host of the evening, actor Vipul Roy, currently seen anchoring the new season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, engaged the crowd during the party with lively discussions about their favourite horror movies and shows, igniting a sense of nostalgia among attendees. Adding even more excitement to this evening of horrors, style icon Uorfi Javed made her grand entry captivating everyone in a striking outfit, replete with skulls and bloody hands.
Uorfi said, “Halloween is my absolute favorite time of the year as I get to go all out with my outfit and look. So, when I heard ZEE was throwing this Horror Night Shift, I was like, ‘Okay, this sounds like my kinda party!’ I mean, I had to go all in with my outfit – we've got everything here… , these skulls, bloody hands that are giving the whole creepy vibe, and yeah, this iconic face from… well, let's just say it’s a show that gave us all a few sleepless nights back in the day. [winks] Mujhe lagta hai.. aisa show saalon se nahi bana - Zee Horror Show ko wapas laana chahiye..!”
