Zombieland trailer: The official trailer of Zombieland starring Kanika Mann, Binnu Dhillon, debutante Zee Khan, and Angira Dhar is finally out. The trailer of India’s first Punjabi zombie comedy offers a mix of desi humour, romance, and scary zombie chaos. Zombieland promises a cinematic journey that is a mix of laughter, thrill, and horror. The film will release in cinemas on 13th June.

Directed and written by Thapar, the film begins in a quiet Punjabi village where a mysterious virus suddenly spreads and people start turning into zombies one by one. The film also stars Gurri, Dhanveer Singh and Jassa Dhillon, who make this strong cast even stronger.

Jombieland Trailer: Horror Comedy with Binnu Dhillon

The trailer is a great mix of horror, romance and desi Punjabi comedy. The peace of the village slowly turns into mayhem when the virus spreads and people start turning into zombies. Shocking scares, funny punchlines and great action scenes filled with zombies – the trailer entertains throughout. Binnu Dhillon, Zee Khan and Angira Dhar face this zombie crisis with courage and humour.

Thappar creates a unique world where love and laughter clash with flesh-eating zombies. The trailer ends on a high-stakes cliffhanger, hinting at an epic zombie battle – one that will decide the fate of the village and Jeeti and Koko’s love.

At the centre of this zombie mayhem is Jeeti (Binnu Dhillon) and Koko’s (Kanika Mann) ‘forbidden love story’, which their families don’t approve of. But the zombie crisis changes everyone’s priorities – unusual alliances are formed, hilarious comic moments happen and a battle of life and death ensues.

Produced by Neeraj Ruhil and Subhav Sharma under the banner of Next Level Productions, Zombieland is a bold step for Punjabi cinema – its first foray into the zombie genre, combining horror and comedy. It is a fresh, Desi take that blends a village story with global horror themes – all steeped in Punjabi culture and humour.

Zombieland will release in cinemas on June 13, 2025.
