Famous veteran Indian cricketer  Bishan Singh Bedi will make acting debut with film "Ghoomar", said son actor Angad Bedi

Bollywood actor Angad Bedi is all set to star opposite his father and former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi for the first time in "Ghoomar".The film features an impressive ensemble cast including Saiyami Kher, who will be playing the role of a paraplegic cricketer, and Abhishek Bachchan will be seen playing the role of her cricket coach, also Shabana Azmi will be seen playing the role of Saiyami Kher's grandmother. "Ghoomar", directed by ace filmmaker R Balki, is all set to release in cinemas worldwide this Friday.

The news of the transformation of the film with this unique casting of the on-screen father-son duo is really exciting.

"Ghoomar" is a wonderful sports drama that revolves around the life of a young and talented paraplegic cricketer, played by Saiyami Kher. As she embarks on a journey to overcome her physical handicap, she finds an ally in her cricket coach, played by Abhishek Bachchan.

Angad Bedi, known for his versatile performances in films like 'Pink', 'Tiger Zinda Hai' and 'Soorma', expressed that he is excited to work with a notable cast and his father, noted former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi in 'Ghoomar'. Apart from Ghoomar, Angad is all set to make his debut in the South with Telugu film, 'Hi Nanna' alongside Nani and Mrunal Thakur. Currently the shooting is in full swing and he is busy shooting between both the films. Hi Nanna and also promoting  film Ghoomar.
