"Yoga has been a transformative practice in my life. As a former athlete and an actress, maintaining physical and mental well-being is crucial, and yoga provides me with the perfect balance of both. My favorite pose is the Tree Pose, which helps me find stability and focus, essential traits for both my personal and professional life. Through yoga, I have learned to stay calm and centered, even amidst the busy shooting schedule. It promotes inner peace and resilience, helping me to handle life more effectively. I dedicate at least 30 mins to yoga before I start my day. This International Yoga Day, I encourage everyone to embrace yoga and experience the profound benefits it brings to our lives. Happy International Yoga Day!"

“Yoga is one of the most basic forms of exercise and I’ve been practicing it for almost 2 years now. It has helped me maintain my flexibility and core strength. Not only that, but I have realized, that ever since I have been practicing yoga, I have this positive energy in me all the time, which helps me deal with difficult situations with a calm approach.  Lately, I have been taking my mental as well as physical health very seriously, and I think Yoga helps me balance between the two. I remember my first yoga class, feeling uncertain and unsteady, but with each session, I discovered a deeper sense of peace and empowerment. And with time, I’ve grown to appreciate its intense impact on my body and soul. It is a great way to boost overall health and immunity. On this Yoga Day, I hope everyone can take a moment to explore yoga and its many benefits.”

"Yoga is more than just a workout for me; it's a way of life. It has helped me stay grounded and connected to myself in ways I never thought could be possible. As an actress, the demands of my job can be overwhelming, but yoga provides a sanctuary where I can recharge and find inner peace. My go-to pose is the Child's Pose, Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, and Marjariasana, which offers a moment of rest and relaxation amidst my crazy working hours. Practicing yoga has not only improved my physical strength and flexibility but has also brought me mental strength and emotional balance. On this International Yoga Day, I hope everyone can take a moment to discover the joy and tranquillity that yoga brings. “Even though I am more of a hard-core gym person, Yoga is like my secret escape from the crazy hustle and bustle of life. It’s my way of recharging my body, mind, and soul, and gives me an immense energy boost. I generally meditate for 10-15 minutes every day in the morning with closed eyes and do box breathing for a fresh start to the day. I am more into cardio and weight training, and I visit to the gym for the same. I have recently started performing these basic Yoga exercises. Whenever I am tired, I try to meditate for some time in my makeup room as well and it refreshes my soul from within. I have been working on my ‘Shirshasana’ pose, it’s difficult to balance my body upside down but I hope I can achieve it soon.”

“I found my love for yoga very recently. It was because of a friend that I started practicing yoga, and I feel I have never found anything so calming before. Yoga, for me, is that one time I set aside for myself, and for my well-being. It helps me prepare for the hectic day ahead. The pranayamas and asanas help me control my thoughts and align them toward the betterment of my mental and physical health. I usually prefer doing yoga in the morning for a peaceful beginning to my day. Additionally, yoga has significantly improved my flexibility and strength, which benefits my performance as an actor. Yoga has become an essential part of my daily routine, offering balance and tranquility amidst the chaos."
